Ground Inspection Report:-

History:

Runcorn has a long and proud soccer tradition, which was further strengthened
when the amalgamation of ICI Weston and CKD led to the emergence of the
current Mond Rangers FC.
After consolidating their position in Runcorn local soccer, they eventually fulfilled
their ambition, by reaching the West Cheshire League Division Two in 1984.
Steady progress followed and backed by a sound and dedicated administration
team, their future was secured in the West Cheshire fold.
Successes in the West Cheshire Bowl in the 1991/92 and 1993/94 seasons certainly
proved this, so much so that promotion to Division One shortly followed and they continued,
steadily building and getting stronger. That was until the 2001-02 season, when a poor
run of results saw the 1st team relegated to Division 2. Only to see them come bouncing
back again, after finishing Runners-up in Division 2 in the 2004/05 season. While their 2nd
string, not to be outdone were busy gaining promotion from Div 3, by winning the title, to
make 2005 a great year for the club.
The club changed its name from Mond Rangers in season 2005/06.

Champions of the 2nd Division 2006/07 season.
