of their former players. During its long membership Shell have won the Division 1 title on one occasion the 1934/35 season, and have also won the Division 2 title, the Pyke Cup, West Cheshire bowl, and the coveted Cheshire Amateur Cup. Shell are more than proud to have played a part,
in shaping an important period in local soccer history, and with a superb
ground and facilities, they are well placed to maintain their position,
as a force in the West Cheshire League. Shell FC, as from 2003-2004 season changed their name to 'Ellesmere Port FC'. |
